  4. 1) The author is JK Rowling.
2)My favourite book is Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone.
    The review is below:-
Harry Potter thinks he is a perfectly normal boy. Unfortunately, he lives with his hot-tempered Uncle Vernon, his nosy Aunt Petunia and his bullying cousin, Dudley, who all make Harry’s life miserable. Living in a stuffy old cupboard under the stairs is just one of the reasons why Harry hates living with the Dursleys. Unusual things happen to Harry, such as an incident with a snake at the zoo which resulted in him being locked in the cupboard for a month! Then, some unusual letters start arriving for Harry; this confuses and irritates Uncle Vernon so he takes the family somewhere where he thinks no-one will find him but he was greatly mistaken. A giant-sized man with beetle black eyes goes to tell Harry some very astonishing news: Harry is a wizard! Soon, Harry has lots of adventures in his new wizarding school, Hogwarts, but not all is fun and games. Someone is planning to steal a special object being hidden in Hogwarts… but who is it?

I love this book SO much because when you are reading it, you feel like you are inside the book. I feel like I am actually in Hogwarts, watching the ghosts and duelling enemies. Although some bits are slightly frightening (such as the end), you feel like you are glued to the book and can’t wait to find out what happens next. This amazing book is exciting, fun and hard to stop reading! I think children should read this book when they are 7 or over because it has some hard words in it and some bits are slightly complicated.

Although this book has been made into a film (along with the rest of the Harry Potter series), I personally think that you should read the book before watching the films because you don’t get the thrill of turning the page and reading frantically to find out what happens next. If you like the sound of the book why don’t you read it? Plus, if you liked it, you can read the next 6 books in the series which are just as good as the first. Happy reading

  7. The author is J.K. Rowling.
I read the book 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban'.
My favorite part in the book is the part where Harry finally casts his well-awaited Patronus.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban opens on the night before Harry's thirteenth birthday, when he receives gifts by Owl Post from his friends at school. The next morning at breakfast, Harry sees on television that a man named Black is on the loose from prison. At this time, Aunt Marge comes to stay with the Dursleys, and she insults Harry's parents numerous times. Harry accidentally causes her to inflate. This part where Aunt Marge inflates is where I find it funny.
Harry learns that Hagrid received a notice saying that Buckbeak, the hippogriff who attacked Malfoy, is going to be put on trial, and Hagrid is inconsolable. The winter holidays roll around. For Christmas, Harry receives a Firebolt, the most impressive racing broomstick in the world. Much to his and Ron's dismay, Hermione reports the broomstick to Professor McGonagall, who takes it away out of fear that it may have been sent (and cursed) by Sirius Black.

After the holidays, Harry begins working with Professor Lupin to fight Dementors with the Patronus charm; he is moderately successful, but still not entirely confident in his ability to ward them off. While at his cabin, Hermione discovers Scabbers in Hagrid's milk jug. They leave, and Buckbeak is executed. This is a very sad part in the book.

Lupin and Black explain everything. Lupin is a werewolf who remains tame through a special steaming potion made for him by Snape. While Lupin was a student at Hogwarts, his best friends, James Potter, Sirius Black, and Peter Pettigrew, became animagi (humans able to take on animal forms) so that they could romp the grounds with Lupin at the full moon. They explain how Snape once followed Lupin toward his transformation site in a practical joke set up by Sirius, and was rescued narrowly by James Potter. At this moment, Snape reveals himself from underneath Harry's dropped invisibility cloak, but Harry, Ron, and Hermione disarm him, rendering him unconscious. Lupin and Black then explain that the real murderer of Harry's parents is not Black, but Peter Pettigrew, who has been presumed dead but really hidden all these years disguised as Scabbers. Lupin transforms Scabbers into Pettigrew, who squeals and hedges but ultimately confesses, revealing himself to be Voldemort's servant, and Black to be innocent. This is the greatest mystery in the book. This is also the reason I love this book!

You can read the remaining five books if you'd love to!
Harry Potter is anyway one of the most popular book series on earth! I am a Potterhead. What about you?

  8. The author is JK Rowling.
My favourite book by her is 'Harry Potter Sorcerer's Stone'.
Harry Potter Series are a very interesting. When I read through every pages of that book, my curiosity increased. The part which I liked in Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone was when Harry Potter was added to 'Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry' but the best part was when Harry defeated Voldemort.
I would like everyone to read because the book is very interesting ,funny and builds our curiosity. I am inspired by the way JK Rowling wrote the book. I think others should be inspired too. If you read this book, you will be inspired to write a fantasy book. If we understand this book, we will learn to imagine and we will feel like an invisible character in the book who is watching everything but not seen by the other characters.
